Materials
1/2 Kg Chicken
1 Pack of Fried Chicken Mix
5 Garlic Cloves (Finely Chopped)
1 onion (sliced)
Sweet Soy Sauce 5 Td
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce (I'm Saori)
1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
1/2 Tomato
Sufficiently Salt, Sugar, and Pepper Powder
Sufficient butter
2 Glasses of Water
Step
Wash the Chicken thoroughly. Uncover with spices, mix the chicken. Then fry until cooked. Drain well.
Heat butter, saute garlic & onion until fragrant. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, tomatoes, salt sugar and ground pepper. Stir well.
Add the chicken pieces. Stir until covered in spices. Taste test. Then add air. Stir briefly.
Allow ± 7 minutes for the spices to soak into the chicken meat, stirring occasionally.
Wait until the water is reduced and the spices are a little thick. Turn off the fire. Butter soy sauce chicken is ready to be enjoyed
