oyster sauce beef

1/4 kg of beef
1 sliced onion
1 sachet of oyster sauce (sy use saori)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
to taste Salt
Palm sugar to taste (comb)
1 large red chili, sliced
1 large green chili, sliced
to taste Water
Ground spices :
3 cloves of garlic
4 spring onions
1 whole hazelnut
Step
Mix ground spices with butter, pepper powder, palm sugar, salt, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce, set aside.
Slice the meat according to taste (sy thinly sliced so that the meat becomes tender when cooked), wash it and marinate it with the ingredients, save it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Heat the skillet, add the stir fry until it changes color. Then add the onion slices, red and green chilies. Add water, cook until the water is reduced.
