Potato Donuts
how to make donuts without eggs

Materials needed:

100 g of potatoes
250 g flour
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp fermipan
1 tablespoon butter
50 g of sugar
25 g of full cream powdered milk
100 ml warm air
200 ml of cooking oil


Our way:

Boil the potatoes until soft. Then, mash until smooth
Mix the potatoes with flour, egg yolk, fermipan, butter, sugar, and powdered milk. Stir until blended and add warm water. Make the dough until smooth
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let stand for about an hour until the dough expands
Shape the dough by hand or make a donut mold according to your taste
Heat the oil, then fry the donuts until they change color. Remove and drain
Add toppings to taste and serve


Stuffed Donuts
recipe for making potato donuts

Materials needed:

500 g flour
2 egg yolks
5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp instant yeast
2 tablespoons margarine
100 g chocolate / strawberry / blueberry / peanut butter
500 ml of warm air
200 ml of cooking oil


Our way:

Mix flour, egg sugar, yeast, margarine, and water in one container. Stir until the mixture is smooth and not sticky
Cover the dough with a cloth and let stand for about an hour until the dough expands
Shrink the dough by pressing it
Take a little dough and shape it into a flat round. Fill it with jam in it, then shape the dough until it is closed again. Leave it for a moment
Heat the oil, then fry the donuts until they are golden. Remove and drain
Let it cool before adding sprinkles or spreading jam on top
