Combro recipe
Ingredients
1 kilogram of cassava, peeled, washed and grated
1 teaspoon salt
250 grams of old coconut, peeled, grated lengthwise

5 red onions, sliced

1 scallion, finely sliced
25 basil leaves
How to make combro
1. First create a comro field. Heat a little oil, stir-fry the ground spices together with shallots, garlic, red chilies, and cayenne pepper until fragrant.
2. Enter the powdered broth and oncom, then cook until the oncom is cooked.
3. Add salt, pepper, sugar, and scallions. Stir well.
