 Padang sauce squid


The main ingredient :
 350g of fresh squid
 1 lemon
 1 onion
 1 leek
 2 teaspoons of sugar
 1 teaspoon salt
 Right amount of oil
Seasonings:
 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
 3 tablespoons chili sauce
 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
 2 large green chilies
 3 large red chilies
 6 pieces of red bird's eye chilies
How to make :

1. Before washing, remove the ink and plastic bags that are inside the squid's body.
2. Cut the squid into pieces, then wash thoroughly.
3. Add lime juice to the clean squid slices.
4. Heat the oil, saute the onions until they smell delicious.
5. Add green chilies, red chilies, tomato sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
6. Add enough clean water.
7. Add the squid, cook until the spices are absorbed and the sauce is reduced.
8. Add the bird's eye chilies and spring onions.
9. If the taste is good and smells good, remove and serve.

Serving Tips:
10. Don't forget to enjoy it with warm white rice so that it tastes better.
11. Enjoy with iced orange or iced tea.
